So earlier this month I joined Nick, Debby and Aubrey for the trip up to Greenville to visit James, Emily and Michael. The main reason for the trip was to celebrate Michaels third b-day.
We drove up through the rather amazing lack of snow, only small patches here and there where there should be a deep white blanket covering the ground. There was still a little snow on the ground in Greenville.
After a quick stop at James and Emily’s we headed over to the pizza parlor for a birthday party.

The next day we decided to head over to Johnsville and Plumas-Eureka state park to watch the Long Ski races.
The Plumas ski club was hosting races on 1800’s style ‘longboard races’ It was impressive to watch them zooming along on skis a minimum of ten foot lomg.
