Rest stop while caving
Last weekend I helped out with a beginner trip for the MLG. We had a great time, I led a small group back through some squeezy parts of the cave then we had a chance for folks to try out some vertical gear outside the cave and even climb down a cable ladder into part of the cave. I think we all had a great time and dinner at the chinese buffet was good as always after a days crawling underground.
